At Erilan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the items reach our warehouse.
